Curry Cheddar Shortbread

Curry Cheddar Shortbread:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 stick cold butter, cut up
  • 1 egg

Mix the cheese, flour, salt, and curry powder. Combine with butter in a food processor, or pinch together until the texture of coarse cornmeal. Mix in the egg. Chill mixture while the oven preheats to 400*. Place small drops on a greased baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until done.
