Guava and Cream Cheese Pastry

I have a soft spot for guava. I love this recipe, and it isn’t terribly difficult. I have discovered experimentally that you can make two smaller pastries instead of the large one the recipe calls for. Use two sheets of puff pastry, don’t roll out, and cut each in half crosswise. Follow the instructions given in the original recipe for forming the pastry. This produces a higher puff pastry to filling ratio than the original, so it is a matter of taste I suppose.
