Garlic Scape Pesto and Pasta with Arugula and Gorgonzola

I made steaks for Mr. TandooriTaco’s birthday dinner. I made garlic scape pesto as a sauce for them. It is brilliant on steaks. I used the rest later for a very pungent gnocchi sauce.

Arugula, Cherry Tomato, and Gorgonzola Pasta:

  • 1 lb pasta, cooked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Mash the milk and gorgonzola. Melt the butter and cook mixture gently in it without boiling. Mix all ingredients with freshly cooked hot pasta.
